How does it work?
BatchMate is a 4-step workflow that helps you enrich your Excel/CSV files with AI processing at 50% cheaper rates than individual API calls. First, upload your file and see your data structure. Then, write an AI prompt using your column names as variables. Generate a JSONL file formatted for OpenAI's batch API. Finally, upload the AI results and merge them back into your original data format.
Do you store my file on a server?
No. All file processing happens entirely in your browser. Your data never leaves your device and is not stored on our servers. We use client-side processing to ensure your data privacy and security.
What are use cases?
BatchMate is perfect for various data enrichment tasks: categorize text (classify customer feedback, product reviews, or support tickets), enrich data (add sentiment analysis, language detection, or topic extraction), correct data (fix typos, standardize formats, or validate information), and text translation (translate content between languages, localize product descriptions, or convert multilingual datasets).
